Robin Goldberg

Playwright, Dramaturg & Literary Management Professional

Hi! I'm Robin! I'm an East Coast-based playwright, comedy writer, dramaturg, and arts and literary management professional. I'm an Emerson College graduate (B.A. Theatre Studies: Playwriting and Dramaturgy, '15) and a member of the Dramatists Guild of America.

My play, On My Honor, received the Rod Parker Playwriting Fellowship and a full university production at Emerson College. My most recent play, Katie and Dom Are Friends, developed with Davenport Theatrical Enterprises' Professional Writers Group, was a semifinalist for the 2020 Playwrights Foundation's Bay Area Playwrights Festival and She NYC Arts' Summer Theater Festival. I'm excited about new work development, and I've worked with the literary departments of six theatre companies in Boston, New York, Kansas City, MO, and San Francisco.

I have experience in many areas of the theatre industry, from creative and production to audience services and business administration. Outside of theatre, I'm interested in all forms of creative and nonfiction writing, and the entertainment, educational, and nonprofit industries.
